1. Our accessibility target
We aim to make product research, technical evaluation and project-request workflows perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for a broad range of visitors. The implementation target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
2. Measures built into the site
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables, labels and link text that describe their purpose.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, controls, dialogs and forms with visible focus states.
- Responsive layouts designed to avoid horizontal overflow, clipped translations and overlapping content.
- Text alternatives and explicit dimensions for meaningful images, with decorative images excluded from assistive output.
- Language metadata for each page and right-to-left layout support for Arabic.
- Automated accessibility checks and desktop/mobile browser tests on critical routes.
- Reduced reliance on client-side JavaScript so core content remains readable and navigable in HTML.
3. Known limitations and ongoing improvement
We continue to review product galleries, long technical tables, downloaded documents, interactive comparison tools, form error handling and translated content with keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom and reflow. Complex content may still present barriers, and reported issues are prioritized by user impact.
Third-party documents or resources may not meet the same standard. Where RuggedLayer controls the source, we will prioritize an accessible HTML alternative or identify the limitation.
4. Report an accessibility barrier
Email [email protected] with the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used and a description of the barrier. Do not include passwords, private keys, customer datasets or other restricted material.
Accessibility feedback is routed to the relevant product or content owner. Response and remediation time depends on the issue, affected workflow and technical scope.

5. Assessment approach
Assessment combines automated tests, keyboard review, responsive reflow checks, contrast review and manual inspection of page structure and controls. Findings are prioritized by user impact and verified manually where practical.
